What are the benefits of the subscription service?

There are multiple benefits of our subscription service; firstly it is great value at £35 inc P&P as the RRP of the products totalling between £45-65 every second month.

Every second month, brings with it a new theme for you and your partner to try out – if you like what you get you can head over to our shop for more of the same.

Our subscription service also gains you access to our online portal where you will have exclusive access to perks and offers, first dibs on private events, and a safe space for you to ask us questions on anything you want to know more about.

Will I know what to expect in each upcoming box?
We will give you hints as to what to expect in our bi-monthly newsletter where we will announce the theme, but we like to keep the products themselves an exciting surprise for you and your partner to discover yourself.
When will I be charged for my subscription?

Once you sign up you will be charged straight away for your first box, and thereafter, depending on the type of subscription you have signed up to, you will fall into a bi-monthly billing cycle every 2 months from the date of the initial sign up.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, if you have opted for the bi-monthly pay as you go option, you can cancel your subscription once you have received your third box- otherwise your subscription will keep rolling as long as you wish to receive your bi-monthly pleasure packages.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically roll on bimonthly until you decide to cancel- which can be done at anytime after the first 3 boxes have been delivered.

Can I gift this subscription to someone else?

Yes, of course- our subscription packages make a great gift, just insert their name and address when completing the delivery details. Our one-off occasion packages also make great gifts- which will be available soon on our shop now.

Where do you ship?

At the minute we ship to UK & Ireland only, but we have plans to expand very soon- watch this space!

When can I expect my order?

If you have signed up to our subscription service, you will receive your first Sway box within 3-5 working days, with your next boxes arriving every 2 months thereafter. If you have ordered products from our shop, you will recieve these within 3-5 working days of placing your order.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for products on our online shop you can select the express delivery option at checkout.
How does my order come packed?
Rest assured, all our packaging are completely discreet, they come in an unmarked brown package with no sign of what exciting contents may lie inside.
What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to return an item from our online shop to us, please contact us at within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer shop credit for unused, unopened products, minus the cost of return shipping. However, The Sway Subscription boxes will only refund faulty items.

What if one of the products is faulty?
If you have experienced a faulty product included in your monthly subscription box, please let us know and we will offer partial store credit. If you have received a faulty item from our store, we will work with the supplier to get a replacement to you.
